What to expect

Not everyone wants to put a laundry run on a card, and you should not have to. Our change machine sits inside the store and converts bills into quarters on the spot, in the exact amounts our washers and dryers take. There is also an ATM if you arrive without cash. Between the coin machine and the Speed Queen app, you can pay however suits you on the day, and switch between the two whenever you like.

How it works on the day

Four steps, start to finish, whichever machine you are using.

  • Run the free rinse

    Tap the screen and choose rinse the machine for a free one-minute clean.

  • Load and add products

    Leave a football-sized space, then add detergent, softener or bleach.

  • Choose cycle and pay

    Pick your cycle and temperature, then pay by quarter or through the Speed Queen app.

  • Dry, fold, done

    Most customers are washed, dried and folded inside about 45 minutes.
